Active Adult/Balance and Conditioning
Stronger muscles and healthier bones help improve stability and balance. Join Maryanne and she helps you stay active and fit by taking you through a series of stability and balance exercises. Suited for everyone!
High/Low Intensity Interval training with low impact modifications. Suited for all fitness levels.
Join Eileen and Anthony as they take you through a regimen similar to ‘P90X’ that improves fitness through stamina training. max interval training, a method of exercising during which one works out strenuously for 3–4 minutes and then cools down for approximately 30 seconds before starting the whole process over again. Get noticeable results through core strength, as well as intense cardio training. Push your limits and watch your body adapt. Intermediate to advanced fitness.

SCHWINN INDOOR CYCLING (a/k/a “Spinning”)
Burn between 400-700 calories as you’re visually guided through hills, flats and any other terrain that a bike can get to. INTENSE CARDIO. Beginners are welcome! Suited for everyone.
A cardio-based kickboxing class designed to challenge your mind, strengthen your core, improve your balance and flexibility. All fitness level welcome.
MIND/BODY STUDIO CLASSES
This system uses slow, gentle movements, mental concentration and physical relaxation to enhance overall wellness. The goal is to work with life force (chi or qi) within and around us, to harmonize the mind and body to increase health and prevent illness. Benefits include better balance, reduced stress, lower blood pressure, relief from joint discomfort, improve respiration, circulation and digestion. Suited for everyone.
Gentle flow incorporating breathing techniques (prana/yama), as well as meditation, guided visualization and relaxation as well as wall postures and ball asanas. Recommended for beginners and suited for everyone. Modifications will be offered.
Focus on breathing, posture and body alignment. Enhance muscle control and core stability. Get rid of that back pain by strengthening that core. ‘PILATES W/PROPS’ – same mat format, using bands, blocks, rings and balls. Suited for everyone.
STRETCH & FLEX YOGA
Get to the root of postural problems, aches and pains by focusing on the feet, hips, shoulders and neck with stretching and strengthening exercises using bands, straps, and other props” Leave feeling energized and more mobile. Appropriate for athletes to beginning exercisers.
VINYASA YOGA/Mixed Level
Linking of body movement with breath; a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements used to transition between sustained postures; setting an intention for one’s personal yoga practice and taking the necessary steps toward reaching that goal. Suited for everyone.
