Katz JCC Fitness Center boasts more than 85 group exercise classes per week including Tai Chi, Meditation, Pumpin’ Iron, Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Barre, Bootcamps, Aqua Classes, Boxing and so much more.
