High Intensity Interval Small – Group Training
Push your limits in one of the JCC’s all new, technology based HIITCLUB classes designed to achieve the ultimate results for all fitness levels! Classes are broken into intervals of strength training with free weights, TRX and body weight exercises and cardio on treadmills, indoor ergs and assault bikes creating a heart-pumping, high energy workout.
Integrated with MyZone fitness tracker and online social platform, HIITCLUB offers members the opportunity to track their heart rate, effort and calories burned on both the MyZone app and live screen during class.
MyZone fitness trackers are available for purchase at the Welcome Center in the JCC Main Lobby.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we will follow a class reservation and cancellation policy for our members and guests. All class reservations must be made using the JCC Mobile App or on our website using the Schedule link above.
If you made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can’t make it what should you do?
Please cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY using the cancellation function in the confirmation email you received for your class reservation, or call the Welcome Center at 609-822-1167 Ext. 0 for assistance with cancelling your reservation. We ask that you cancel at least one hour prior to the start of class.
Late cancellations (cancelling within the hour) or not showing up to class will result in a $10 fee for those with an Unlimited Package. One class will be redeemed/charged for those with a 10 Class Package or Single Class.
