Known as the Zumba “pool party”, Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting – even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering – are often heard during a class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, this class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Class is offered in the water at chest level, all levels are welcome. (60 mins)
Deep H2O Fitness & Fun
Formally known as “Deep Water.” This intense workout will keep you moving. Focusing on everything from cardio to stretching, this is a great way to suspend through the water and wake up every muscle in the body. This is a deep water class and prior experience is strongly recommended. This is for the moderate to experienced participant. (30 mins)

Deep Water Routines
Submerge yourself into the deep end of the pool as the body becomes weightless giving you a new kind of workout experience. Low impact on joints Hi impact on cardiovascular system (60 mins)
Come get a workout in the shallow end of the pool by working and conditioning all muscle groups. This class will also use stretching techniques, toning and balancing work. (60 minutes)
Water in Motion
With land equivalent intensity, dive in and enjoy the pure fun of this shallow water workout. Build cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Aquaphobes and fans are challenged to “Catch the Wave” (60 mins)
This class is perfect for the beginner to intermediate. Those with risk factors and/or injuries are encouraged to take this class. The focus is on moderate fluid movements that incorporate ROM (Range-of-Motion) exercises, resistance and flexibility while paying special attention to those at risk. This class is offered in the shallow end, which is great for beginners and those who struggle with typical day to day range of motion movements. (60 mins)
Get pumped with this medium to high intensity workout. We use everything from water bells to noodles to our own bodies in this shallow water class. We get our heart rates up and keep them peaked for this hour long workout with a great stretch at the end. This is great for all skill levels so be ready to move! (60 mins)
Swimmers: Please note the difference between lap swim and open swim.
A time set aside for lap swimming only. We encourage all swimmers, of any age to circle swim and work together during peak times. Please be considerate of swimmers already swimming and find a lane with swimmers of similar speed. Exercising or water walking is not permitted during lap swim times.
Open to anyone for recreational or fitness use. At this time, you have the opportunity to play, water walk, exercise or dive. Adults must accompany children under the age of 14.
