CTS: Indoor Training Videos –
With the current public health crisis and events and group rides canceled, and many of us turning to indoor training during this challenging time. CTS decided to stop charging for training videos and make their entire indoor cycling workout video collection available for FREE. While the video and music might be a little outdated 🙂 the workouts are effective and have withstood the test of time.
Les Mills OnDemand: At Home Workouts –
Your membership to the Milton & Betty Katz JCC temporary allows free access to 100+ workouts during the COVID-19 disruptions from Les Mills.
There is something for everyone from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, dance fitness workouts, the martial arts inspired BODYCOMBAT Invincible program through to mindfulness practices to slow the stream of thoughts that can cause our stress. The BORN TO MOVE children’s workouts will get everyone from 4 to 16 years moving, and our post-partum series will help new mothers get back to exercise safely.
