Functional Core Training
Follow along with Personal Trainer and Group Instructor Sean Atkinson as he teaches an in-home workout that can be done with or without weights. Don’t have weights at home? It’s ok, you can use water bottles, cans and other simple objects found around the home.
Insanity Group Training
Lori Matus & Eileen LaBarre lead an Insanity class designed for all levels. Follow along with Lori as she runs through the full exercise or follow Eileen as she demonstrates the modified version of each exercise for beginners. This class requires no fitness equipment and can be done right in your living room.
13-Minute Spin Class
Have a spin bike at home? Take a quick spin with Steve Bouchard. You will feel like you have the front bike in your favorite class as Steve gives you the motivation to push harder and go faster.
