This comprehensive wellness program includes an initial Wellness Consultation that identifies areas that members can work on to improve their overall health.
The program includes establishing goals, creating healthy dietary and exercise habits that ultimately help members achieve weight–loss, improved sleep, stress reduction and better overall health.
Members meet weekly for personalized fitness and nutritional sessions with Michelle Barbera, certified Health and Nutrition Coach and Katz JCC Personal Trainer to help accomplish their goals.
