Fitness Floor Schedule

Fitness Floor Section Descriptions

Use of the fitness floor and equipment is by appointment only and are limited to 45 minute sessions. Below are descriptions for each area of the facility and a schedule to register online.

Fitness Floor-Weights/Machines

Limit 20 people per session

This area is the general area that contains all of the cable machines (a/k/a Nautilus machines) and free weights (racks and benches).

Fitness Floor-
Cardio Area

Limit 10 people per session

This area contains all of the cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, seated ellipticals, bikes, recumbants, and rowers.

Tone Zone Fitness Room

Limit 4 people per session

This area is the renovated racquetball court that has been turned into a functional training workout space. Equipment in this area includes, an Octane stair stepper, Octane Schwinn Airdyne bike, Concept 2 rower, Schwinn spin bike, bosu balls, various functional training equipment.  No weights or power lifting equipment in this area

Fitness Area in Gymnasium

Limit 10 people per session

This area is located in the gymnasium (rock wall side).  Equipment in this area includes:  Ellipticals, recumbant bikes, bikes, spin bikes, stretching machine and various functional training equipment.  No weights in this section.

STATE GUIDELINES REQUIRE THAT MASKS or FACE COVERINGS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN ALL FITNESS AREAS.  IF YOU REFUSE TO WEAR A MASK, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE FITNESS AREAS.  IF YOU TAKE OFF YOUR MASK WHILE IN FITNESS AREA, YOU WILL KINDLY BE ASKED TO PUT IT BACK ON.  IF YOU REFUSE TO COMPLY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE JCC.   YOUR SAFETY IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE, AND WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY.
