Designed to improve overall quality of life for Atlantic County residents, Learn Move Create is an exercise and education series for mature adults. Featuring five different class options, the program combines accessible approaches to exercise, meditation classes with techniques, as well as hands-on creative arts and writing workshops. Offering a fully integrated approach to improving health, as well as mental and emotional wellbeing, Learn Move Create classes are held at different locations throughout Atlantic County making them easily accessible and convenient to residents.
The Learn Move Create program is completely free, and open to Atlantic County residents ages 60 plus.
This program has been made possible through a grant from the Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services.
