COVID-19 Facility Guidelines

The following guidelines have been established to help ensure the health and safety of our members.

The health of our members is our number one concern. In light of the current pandemic, the Katz JCC has adopted new health guidelines to ensure the well being of our members and staff when we are permitted by the State Government to reopen.

Current Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 7:00pm

Friday
6:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday – Sunday
7:00am – 5:00pm

CLOSED 1:00 – 2:00 pm Daily for Sanitizing & Cleaning 


Members Must Have Swipe Cards:

To access the fitness center all members MUST have their swipe cards. To reduce contamination, the keypad is no longer available.


Health Declaration:

Members and JCC Staff will complete a health declaration before each visit confirming they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been around someone who is infected.


Wear A Facemask:

Members and JCC Staff must wear masks when in common areas including hallways and the JCC Main Lobby.


Temperature Check:

Members and JCC Staff will have their body temperatures taken upon entry to the JCC. In accordance with CDC guidelines, those with a temperature greater than 100.4 will not be permitted to enter the JCC for 7 days.


Maintain Social Distancing:

Please maintain a minimum of six feet from other members. Members are asked to respect the floor markings and building signage to ensure social distancing practices are being maintained.


Pool Restrictions:

The indoor pool will be limited to one swimmer per lane and in order to respect the limited time and demand for the pool lap swimming is limited to 30 minutes.


Locker Rooms & Spa:

In accordance with CDC and State Guidelines Locker Rooms are for restroom and changing use only. The sauna, steam room and whirlpool are closed.
