The JCC is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of the Hansen Family. From the early 1930’s, when they founded Ole Hansen & Sons, which built many of the bridges and roads in our area to today’s commitment to philanthropy; the Hansen family is truly a force for good and have always exemplified volunteerism and corporate citizenship. Roger has served with the Atlantic City Medical Center and AtlantiCare Health Systems for over 30 years, including as Chairman of the medical center. Edwina has served as a Trustee of AtlantiCare Behavioral Health and Stockton College Foundation. Jennifer continues the tradition through her work with the Hansen Foundation, where the main focus is recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism and to assist those in need to access substance abuse treatment while providing sober living, a life-saving endeavor.
Why your Support of the JCC Matters.
Your support provides financial assistance to families for children of all needs, access to swim lessons, preschool education, summer camp and family memberships. Additionally your support funds adult Jewish educational programming both within the JCC and throughout the community. The JCC strives to foster an appreciation of Jewish identity, values and culture, to promote the health, education and welfare of our members, to strengthen Jewish family life, to build a sense of community and ensure Jewish continuity for our children, our children’s children, and ourselves.
