Robert Piccinino graduated from Ocean City High School in 1996. He then attended the University of Memphis to study business before obtaining his AAAI/ISMA certification. He has been active as a Personal Trainer for over six years, specializing in weight loss, kettle bells, conditioning and strength training. He also holds a certification in Massage Therapy and has previously worked as a certified Emergency Room Trauma Technician for over 10 years. He currently lives in Northfield with his wife and two children. |

Greg Troast has been a Personal Trainer with the JCC since 2006. He previously worked as a law enforcement officer for the Atlantic City Police Department. In 1992 he obtained certifications with the State of New Jersey as a Fitness and Aerobics Instructor and Trainer at the Cooper Institute of Aerobics. Greg spent 10 years as a Fitness Trainer for the Atlantic County Police Academy. He also served as a Titleist Performance Instructor in Golf Movement in 2012. He currently lives in Northfield with his wife and son. |

John Phillips graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University and has been a member of the JCC Fitness Staff since December 2012. He is an ex-college athlete of Wesley College in Dover, Delaware where he played soccer and obtained a coaching license by the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association. From April 2010 to December 2011 John was the Kingsway and Woodstown Soccer Club’s Team Trainer. He is currently Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified and is preparing for the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength Training and Conditioning Specialist certification. |
