Swedish Massage 
A full body massage to stimulate circulation, improve skin and muscle tone,
relieve tension and soothe tired muscles.

Therapeutic Massage / Deep Tissue Massage 
This massage offers the best of both worlds, a relaxing experience
oupled with deep tissue work in areas of stress or injury. 

Hot Stone
Experience inner peace and tranquility as the stones give up their warmth to soothe both body and mind.
Stone therapy is combined with traditional massage techniques to dissolve tension, increase circulation and induce deep relaxation.  

Reflexology
Pressure is applied to nerve endings in each foot, encouraging improved circulation. A truly balancing experience.
May be booked alone or in combination with another treatment for a decadent experience. 

Pregnancy Massage (2nd or 3rd trimester only)
Enjoy a light pampering massage focusing on specific areas such as neck,
shoulders and lower back.  A soothing side-lying or reclined massage to improve circulation,
reduce foot swelling, and release lower back tension.

Full Body Scrub
An invigorating salt-scrub that stimulates circulation and exfoliates dry skin and rough areas
followed by a hydrating lotion application. This intensive dry skin therapy leaves skin silky smooth and glowing.
