Become an Instructor of Piloxing

Katz JCC Fitness boasts offers more than 85 group exercise classes per week including Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation, Pumpin’ Iron, Piloxing, Yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, Zumba, Aquasize classes, step n sculpt, boot camp, ballet barre, kettle bells, fitness fusion and so much more.

The team of instructors provide professional, high-energy classes that will help anyone reach their fitness goals.

Hatha Yoga  – Mondays at 8 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., Tuesday at 6:45 p.m., Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m., Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m.

Yogalates – Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

Tai Chi – Tuesday at 10:15 a.m.

Meditation – Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.

Pilates – Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m.

Kripalu Yoga – Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. and Friday at 8:15 a.m.

Sunrise Yoga – Thursday at 6:30 a.m.

Pilates Express – Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

Chi Kung – Thursday at 9:45 a.m.

Vinyasa Yoga – Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
