FREE Group Exercise Classes at Jerome Avenue Beach Every Friday at 8:00 am
Beginning July 7

JCC Beach Body Fit is a FREE hour long high intensity group exercise class that is OPEN TO MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC. Trainer Lisa B. will challenge and push you to new levels of fitness.

Hang Out In Our NEW TRX Group Classes

A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages one’s own body – weight and gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
