Katz JCC Fitness boasts more than 85 group exercise classes per week including Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation, Pumpin’ Iron, Piloxing, Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Barre Burn, Bootcamps, Aqua Classes, and so much more.

The team of instructors provides professional, high-energy classes that will help anyone reach their fitness goals.

Get shredded at the JCC with the Insanity workout

Mondays at 5:45 p.m.
Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m.
Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.
Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.
