The JCC believes that by doing an in-depth functional movement screen (FMS), we can help identify what is keeping you from reaching your individual peak performance. The information gained from the FMS is used to create a safe, scientifically-based strength and conditioning program designed to fit each individual’s needs. We strive for efficiency of human movement through the enhancement of functional movement.
What is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)?
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) provides a standardized approach to assessing fundamental movement, identifying limitations and asymmetries.
