TRAINER ORIENTATION Every new JCC member receives one free hour of
personal training with a certified trainer, designed to
evaluate his/her goals, match the goals with a program
utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment, and then work
through a rotation with the member.

What is Personal Training? A one-on-one training session with a certified JCC trainer is not a standardized workout. It is a program designed to meet your
individual goals and fitness level. Each session is an hour long, focusing just on YOU. Your trainer will provide the latest training tips, exercise physiology, and advice on proper nutrition to achieve your goals.

HOW DO I GET STARTED? Your first step is condition

BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR’S FITNESS PROGRAM Two of our fitness professionals
have been trained through a
grant from the Susan G. Komen
Foundation to bring you a unique
12-week fitness program designed
to help women recover and get back into shape after breast cancer surgery. The program was
created by Dr. Caroline Kaelin, Director of the Comprehensive Breast Health Center, the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and nationally recognized
fitness presenters Josie Gardiner and Joy Prouty. We are looking forward to bringing this awesome new program to our members and our community.
