Aqua Zumba with Joelle/Vanessa/Jen

Known as the Zumba “pool party”, Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting – even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering – are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. This class is offered in the water at chest level. All levels are welcome. (60 mins)

Aqua Energizer with Lisa

Feel the burn when we take Aqua size to the next level. In this advanced class, offered in both the shallow and deep end, we focus on strength and endurance. We do plyometric exercises which burn fat and build muscle. This class will challenge every muscle in your body. This is a great transition class which blends both shallow and deep water exercises designed for both beginners and experienced participants alike. (45 mins)

Aqua Insanity with Ed

Get insane with Crazy Eddie during aqua insanity. This workout is a low impact cardiovascular/strength fitness class. (45 mins)

Brick Triathlon with Ed

Get ready for your next triathlon with us! This workout will take place on Friday mornings for all athletes and aspiring athletes. International/Sprint Distance interval training will be open for all levels, beginners are welcome to come, after all, everyone has to start somewhere! Triathlon athletes will begin training from 5:30A-6:30A in the pool, followed by a 6:30-7:30 bike in the spin room – the run will be on you! (120 mins)

Born Before ‘64 with Ed

This class offers more of an intensive workout. It gives the intermediate to advanced participant a hard workout without the hard impact on your body. Aerobics, strength and resistance exercises are all combined in this class that finishes with a series of stretches and flexibility exercises. This class is offered in the shallow end and ranges from medium to high intensity workouts. (45 mins)

Deep Water with Donna

In this intense workout, we move and move and don’t stop. Focusing on everything from cardio to stretching, this is a great way to suspend through the water and wake up every muscle in the body. This is a deep water class and prior experience is strongly recommended. This is for the moderate to experienced participant. (30 mins)

Deep Water Challenge with Ed

Get over your fear of the deep end in an Aqua Jogger Belt. You will no longer be bound by the principals of gravity and will be free to tap into your no longer hidden potential. Impact influences speed, endurance, pain and fitness. By taking impact and gravity out of the exercise equation, you can move faster, improve cardio and burn more calories than you ever have before. This is a deep water class and prior experience is strongly recommended. This is for the moderate to experienced participant. (45 mins)

Water Wellness with Lisa

This class is perfect for the beginner to intermediate. Those with risk factors and/or injuries are encouraged to take this class. The focus is on moderate fluid movements that incorporate ROM (Range-of-Motion) exercises, resistance and flexibility while paying special attention to those at risk. This class is offered in the shallow end, which is great for beginners and those who struggle with typical day to day range of motion movements. (60 mins)

Waterproof! With Donna

Get pumped and sing along to this medium to high intensity workout with Donna. We use everything from water bells to noodles to our own bodies in this shallow water class.   We get our heart rates up and keep them peaked for this hour long workout with a great stretch at the end. This is great for all skill levels so be ready to move! (60 mins)
