The JCC Beach Bootcamp class is an hour-long, high intensity group exercise class that is open to both JCC Members as well as the general public. Katz JCC fitness “Drill” instructors/trainers Lawrence Crespo and Lisa Bee will challenge and push class participants to new levels of fitness.

“No need to take a vacation from your fitness routine this summer,” stated Antoinette Wood, Director of Fitness and Group Exercise at the Katz JCC.  Our free beach classes are just one way the JCC encourages the community as a whole to make exercise a regular part of life.  Beach Bootcamp is for all fitness levels, and we encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the class at their pace, while taking in the ocean views,” Wood added.
