MARGATE – The Milton & Betty Katz Jewish Community Center, 501 N. Jerome Avenue in Margate, will host a Kids Pizza, Pajamas and Movie event on Thursday, January 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. featuring Disney’s Planes Fire & Rescue.
“This is a drop-off event so that parents can have a night to themselves,” according to Early Childhood Director Jan Higbee. “We want to give parents the peace of mind that their children are in the care of qualified staff of the Katz JCC Early Childhood Education Center and provide the children a night of fun with a great movie, delicious pizza and a themed craft.”
The cost is $20 per child for children ages 3 to 6 years old.
Admission includes a 10% discount coupon for parents to Bocca Coal Fired Bistro of Margate.
“We wanted to partner with a local restaurant so that we could encourage parents to use the time for themselves and Bocca Coal Fired Bistro was gracious enough to offer those who participate in the event a 10% off coupon for dinner.”
The movie will be shown on the big screen in the auditorium while the kids snuggle up with their favorite blanket or stuffed animal dressed in their favorite pajamas.
Reservations must be made no later than January 13 by contacting Jan at 609.822.1167, Ext. 130 or firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be no admission at the door.
